Application of Generous $1,500 donation from the Family of Ray Newman
The family of SK Ray Newman has generously donated $1,500 to the council in memory of SK Ray Newman and his wife Beverly. The Officers recommend that the whole amount be set aside as the Ray Newman Memorial Scholarship.
